Spicy Muscle Balm
Ingredients
Arnica infused olive oil, cayenne, ginger and turmeric powder, beeswax
Application
Apply directly to the site of soreness and rub in completely. Reapply as necessary
A Note on Turmeric
This balm contains turmeric, our wonderful, yellow ally. So make sure to rub it all the way into your skin and to not put on your favorite white shirt immediately after, because the yellow color will stain. But the turmeric works SO well in this balm that leaving it out would be a shame. You know the buzz about turmeric being an amazing anti-inflammatory when ingested?
